Player Killing Points Boost?

I've saw Babe Magnet "boosting" for pking points. I think this is an unfair disadvantage for other players. I highly disagree "boosting" for pking points. Babe had 2 characters playing or this other player was named "Z" was assisting Babe Magnet with this "Boosting" for pking points. I don't know how you Could fix this problem. I was also told by Babe that you were fine with this, and I wanted to confirm this.

I want Shiv opinion on this matter or a fact.

I don't think it's fair if you boost for pking points, therefore if you find anybody boosting or you may be suspicious of them, report them with a screenshot and I will take action.
