i cant add a picture ffs.. when i open with fire fox it doesnt show the URL it shows c:/documents/pictures...... wtf how do i add theres no attach file too

The [img] codes are for pictures already uploaded to the internet. There is a upload picture option on the forums it's above the reply forum and it shows a picture with a blue floppy disk infront of it.
