Like Ally said, you need more info. Also writing in proper English with punctuation is always good. Just think of it this way; you wouldn't go looking for a job in real life with your resume written in l33t sp34k.

Everyone who voted yes i think is not very smart. Because her application was not very in depth and she didnt tell the people how she was going to help the server so if you dont agree with me thats ok im just saying.
